I discovered a new product that I like. Arnold's Sandwich Thins (pictured above). It's a thin, sturdy bread that makes a great sandwich without packing on the calories and carbs. At 100 calories, 5 grams of fiber, 22 carb grams, and 1 fat gram, this is a pretty good choice. For you Weight Watchers out there, that's just 1 point. I toasted the bread for my sandwich today, and it was just great. Maybe these aren't ideal, and maybe I would be better served to wrap my turkey in spinach leaves and call it lunch. But the plain truth is that I'm going to have a sandwich sometimes, and this product allows me to do it without going overboard on bread. And it tastes good. It's also convenient, portable, quick, and easy. All are important to me and my success. As much as I would like never to eat processed or packaged foods, sometimes I'm going to...it's just my reality.
What are some products that you use that are quick, easy, portable, and reasonably nutritious/healthy?

Looks like a good meal Pat - I am eating matching carrots as I type.
Meeks - congrats on the new-to-you wheels! Glad you stuck with the green and in the Honda family....it will be easy for me to adjust to.
Byron - you and Pat need to let me in on the coffee catch-up next time you are in town. I want to meet you!
My favorite quick and relatively healthy snacks are zone/balance bars or small cup of trailmix. Luckily they have both at the coffee shop at work. Prob not paleo but now I rarely eat pure carbs at work.
I also like the pre-diced veggies or veggies from a salad bar to throw into stir-fry or other dishes..A little more expensive but worth it if I eat better.
I agree with Gnomes, coffee for all. I think I met Byron one day at CFED but in my hypoxic state I can't remember.
I love swinging by the health food store on Clairmont and North Dekalb, Rainbow, they always have something yummy and nutritious! I love Kombucha juice, their bulk items, and their vegetarian jerky, and their salad/hot bar. I am going to miss that place so much when I leave!
