I need to clear my mind of junky, negative thoughts that are swirling around in there like a big, stinky stew. I can't give them anymore time or attention right now. And the best way to stop thinking about one thing is to start thinking about something else. So I whipped out this bright, cheery photo that I took of some favorite things:
A bed of chartreuse "Creeping Jenny",
blue gardening clogs,
old french watering can,
red paisley PJ's,
early morning garden walk,
simplicity,
the proper perspective,
solitude.
Stinky stew to joyful brew in less than 60 seconds.

Very nice recipe to get rid of stinky stew...and I love your jammie pants. Those look so cool and comfy!
Hey Gnomes, I meant to acknowledge your comment from yesterday about not feeling it at the gym these days. (I certainly understand...you know I'm struggling these days...just hanging on by a thread). So knowing how you feel puts your accomplishments of late in perspective! Good for you pushing through and doing those workouts anyway.
I'm glad you like my recipe!
So cute! I too love those jammies! Miki and I were talking recently about how tough it was to "get to the gym" it seems a lot of us have stuff on our minds that is weighing us down, but just remember a quick Crossfit burn will take some of that "weight" off. And keep those positive thoughts flowing, I about 10 am today I decided to quit being so negative about my job prospectives, and what do you know I get a call at noon, for an actually really good offer, see!
I feel a huge load has been lifted for the past year I have worried about school, wedding, now moving, finding a house, getting a job, I have tried to stay positive and not "break", well I think I made it! Now even the actual physical part of the move does not look so bad, at least my deadlifts are solid, that should help with all those boxes :)
