Hey, you may have noticed that Erica is no longer listed as an official contributor to the blog. Hopefully she will still post here when she has time, but she is so busy with her current work and pursuing her new coaching career, that she really doesn't have time to be a regular contributor or to monitor the blog on a regular basis.
